Caller ID comes up as Southfield, MI. I hit the answe & end callbuttons. I don't answer calls I don't reconize.

Heavy Indian accented caller, stating I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. I told him I have proof that I've never received a payday loan ever. He gave no way to dispute, told me I had 2 options, pay an amount in which he never disclosed, or he'll mail me a summons. Claimed to be with a company called Langer and Langer Associates, told me to appear in court to prove I didn't take it, gave me a court date of, but would not give me a specific court, he told me not to worry about that part of it. Would not give me a physical mailing address to their company, I advised not to call my POE, they have repeatedly called, claiming to be Officer "so and so", various names. this number needs to be shut down, they are trying to scam people out of money.

fraudulent caller claims to be from a law firm that does not exist!!!! do not give this "lawyer" a settlement like he asks!!!!

Called my cell phone but left no message

Called late, missed call. When tried to call back, says that this number does not accept incoming calls.

they call every day or evening ... I don't answer anymore...

They different messages stating that they from some attorney's office. When I called back I received a voice that asked to enter my personal info in order to receive free airline ticket.

This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. Get a call every afternoon at 4pm - it is so annoying... I have 2 children under 16months and it is totally witching hour and then I break my concentration away from my children for a stupid call that hangs up on me anyway! About to start the whole prank calling process with my telephone provider.

Nusuance calls to my cell phone which then costs me minutes on my cell phone plan. Can they be stopped?

THEY CALL ME EVERY DAY, SINCE 2 WEEKS AGO. ONE TIME I CALL BACK AND SAID "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACH IS TEMPORALLY DISCONNECT" IS WEIRD.

I also am getting these calls, when I look up the #, it says it originates out of Canada. I do have a fax machine, so I try to send them 20 or so blank black paper, hopefully running them out of ink. Two can play this game, hahahaha.
